Shipping Policy

Do you offer FREE shipping?

YES! I offer FREE shipping within the USA for order $100 or more. This shipping include tracking numbers. You can add insurance with additional fee. 

Do you ship internationally?

YES! However, I am currently not shipping to EU countries and the UK until I sorted out the VAT tax legal issue. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience! International customers are responsible for any customs charges. Please factor these potential additional costs when purchasing.

How soon do you ship after payment?

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. I will send you the tracking numbers as soon as it becomes available. 


Do you combine shipments?

If you have more than one order and they are shipping to the same address I will combine the shipment if possible and refund you the difference. There are instances due to the size of the items where it may not be possible to combine them to insure their safety when shipped.


What if tracking says item delivered but I didn't get my package?

Each package will come with a tracking number to avoid this from happening. Please contact your local post office for help as there is no way to verify whether your package was lost in the mail, stolen after delivery, or actually delivered. I will not be responsible once tracking says delivered. However, if you don't feel it is comfortably safe with only tracking number, you can upgrade the shipping to add insurance with additional cost.


What should I do if I put the wrong address and just realized it after purchase?

Please contact me ASAP. I will not be able to make changes once it is in post office's hand.


What should I do when my item arrived damaged?

  • DON'T PANIC! I will do my best to make sure you have a great experience shopping at Lizzie's Jungle. I take extra care in packaging the item, but it will be out of my control once it is in post office's hand. However, I will do what I can to fix the issue.
  • Please contact me within 72 hours after your item arrived, which will be determined by the tracking number. You will need to send me some pictures of the damaged piece and the packaging if it is clearly damaged during shipping. Failing to do so will void any guarantee that I will replace or repair the item at no cost to you.
  • You can reach me on my social media, contact form on my website, or via email at ivonne@lizziejungle.com . I will response within 24 - 48 hours.
  • Usually it is a simple fix that can be done with super glue (preferably E6000 or Scotch brand). If you don't feel comfortable, I will provide  guidance.
  • If the damage is severe and cannot be fixed, I will gladly remake it for you at no cost. Please don't hesitate to reach out. :)
