As you can see he really enjoy playing with snow and any winter animals. Penguins are his favorite since they are very friendly and cuddly. Blizzard's magic is to create more snows for all the winter animals to survive the global warming. He need to create a livable temperature for polar bears, penguins, beluga and all other winter animals so they can be happy on winter time. What a Nobel and important tasks, right? π
